Why, oh, why does it take a phone company four business days to flip a switch? Apparently, this is all it'll take to get my landline at home working. The local phone company has the same attitude as the cable company (BTW I've decided to move into my new apartment sans cable - Sunny and Elaine I've joined your side!). It's frustrating and I don't like it... also, note to self: The gardener at the building makes rounds on Thursdays around 7:30am - close blinds to windows!
