- Come up with clever Christmas notecard designs.
- Buy stuff to make clever Christmas notecards.
- Make hair appointment (this should really be #1).
- Go see Rent. (The best thing ever is going to the movies when no one else is there!)
- Finish up Christmas shopping by completely avoiding Bellevue Square. There is now a free shuttle going to and from the mall - that can't be a good sign.
For those of you thinking, "Hey she should be updating her resume!" - well, I've already done this very tedious task. And, unfortunately, most companies do not hire at the very end of the year. But, if you see any interesting PR/Marketing jobs in Seattle - pass them my way.

hey gyrl, it's kizmit i should come across your blog today. i use my blog as my journal, and never really explored other blogs. until today. my break from corporate puke america began on oct. 14 2004, wherein i forfeited consultant contract with URS. nov. 27th is the day i interviewed for the marketing position, which i offically accepted today. i agree updating resume is tedious, i could send along the 'action verbs' and 'skill sets' that worked for me this time around. but, i disagree that the market is dry at the end of year. at least not this year. craigslist worked its charm and delivered the goods in 3 days... after numerous tries & resume rehauls over the past year.
one more bit of advice - avoid Bellevue all together girl - if at all possible. i'm sorry if you live there. truly sorry. west side IS the best side. :)
if you've worked with A/E industry (architectural/engineering) anchor environmental on first ave. is hiring looking for marketing coordinator to manage roster & proposal process. good luck, and enjoy your decompression!
