Scooter's Huevos RancherosThank you to my parents for the very nice brunch (which was thoroughly enjoyed!) at Salish Lodge. And thank you to Scooter for saving me from possible jail time for practically going off on the customer service folks at Target. Note to those reading: Be prepared for a huge pain in the ass if you get a gift from your registry and don't have the receipt (especially if the item is over $35.00).

Oh, Target is a bear!!! I know my present to you is late - but I bought it all at babies r' us (except one thing which I know you'd never return). Their return policy is awesome, receipt or no recepit, you can return anything there anytime, even if it wasn't off a registry!! You'll find that helpful as a new mom when you can't remember which day of the week it is regardless where you put your receipts.
