Since my mom has been here I've been trying to teach her the cloth diapering (it's a bit different, but EASIER then when she cloth diapered my brother and me) and swaddling. She keeps saying, "the baby needs to be able to fall asleep anywhere." And, yes, he can fall asleep just about anywhere, especially if he's swaddled. He just sleeps longer and better when wrapped up like a burrito. The world seems peaceful and butterflies with fields of flowers seem to appear out of nowhere when he is swaddled.
Like I mentioned before, if possible, I will be swaddling him until he's 18.
Got the blood test results back today (my doctor is quick!) and thyroid is normal. Vitamin D is low and so is my iron level (which could explain me feeling a bit tired). So, need to take supplements for both of 'em.
I'm sure more sleep would help too!

Swaddling is God's gift to mom's. We swaddled Griffin until he was 6 months and could break free of it. I wished they made a swaddle blanket for 1-year olds....
