Somewhat of a schedule.

Austin has been on somewhat of a schedule lately.

Going down for "the night" between 6:30pm and 7:00pm.

Waking up every 1 hour to eat more!

Eats about 10 ounces (between 5pm and 8:30pm) before finally falling asleep until ...

11:30 pm for the next feeding

About 3:30am for the next feeding

Then finally between 6:30am-7:00am.

Oh when will he sleep through the night? Who knows. Is it the rice cereal that has kept him on this schedule? I dunno. But he LOVES the rice cereal. Didn't get to feed it to him tonight though since poor baby isn't feeling well from his shots yesterday. He was running a slight fever this afternoon so had to slip him more Tylenol.

If there were some type of contest to see who had the most difficult job, between Neil and I, yesterday and today - I'm sure I'd be crowned. There is something about knowing that when you take your baby to the doctor this particular day he will be stuck with a few needles and he will turn to you and cry with huge tears because he's probably wondering why you aren't making this woman STOP. Then you must pick him up from the huge, adult-size examination table in that over-air-conditioned room with the bad florescent lighting and comfort him, silently hoping in some small way he understands why it's happening.
