The last legal drug pushers?

After coming across Lazy Cakes today I'm very tempted to give them a try.

But, then I wonder:  Do Starbucks and Lazy Cakes have something in common?  Even if one would be considered dealing an "upper" and the other a "downer"?  Are they the last legal drug dealers?

And, if I drink Starbucks and eat a Lazy Cake later that night am I taking an "upper" then a "downer"?

I have a feeling many-a-mama might be trying these brownies.

Canadians have always had a theory that Tim Hortons coffee is laced with something that keeps people hooked.
We wouldn't want to take responsibilty for our addictions now would we :) lol
Not sure we can get these brownies in Canada. You guys always get the good stuff in the US :)

I have experienced chronic insomnia most of my life. I currently take 2mg of xanax every night when I go to bed. I've always been wary of taking melatonin because if you get it from outside your own brain factory production your brain produces less. I don't know if that's true, but it's what I was once told. So...I'm sticking to the xanax and skipping the brownies. Not claiming xanax is much better but no one has claimed it will mess up my neurotransmitter manufacturing.

Relaxation "baked" in? Clearly they are stoners in disguise.. ;) You should try them and let us know how it works out!

Jenn: Americans have the good stuff because our FDA is "special" and not in the good way.

Paula: I heart Xanax the way puppies love raw steak. I've only taken melatonin a few times, not sure it did me any good. Ambien is awesome also.

Coffee Lovin Mom: For the price of their brownies, I seriously better be relaxed and FAST after eating one of them. Since your hubby just saw them at a convenience store have him try it out! :)
