My parents came to visit for the holidays which added even more stress and comments from my mom like, "Aren't you going to iron your curtains before hanging them?" and "You should really brush your hair."
To which I'd roll my eyes so far north they actually got stuck in the wrong position.

Who still irons? I'm not even sure where mine is...wait yes I do because it hasn't moved from that spot in the laundry room.
For realz. The only thing that gets ironed nowadays are my clothes for work. Other things get ironed because 1) I'm snowed in. 2) My mom comes to town.
