And it was the best. Thing. Ever. Even if it was in a Costco (but that made it kind of fantabulous because we were able to get pizza right after). We waited in a line that snaked around a couple of aisles. We waited and waited. Everyone in line had their iPads and iPhones out, probably tweeting, Facebooking and blogging about their experience. Checking-in via Facebook, taking pictures of themselves waiting in line to meet Elvis, Wonder Woman, The Dalai Lama Jenny Lawson, otherwise known as The Bloggess.

We finally made it to her little desk, where Copernicus (the monkey) sat, very content with his bejeweled green flask.

Yes, my book (her book?) was already signed, but I had it signed, again. And, if I had unlimited flight miles then I would probably follow her around the country while she is on book tour to have it signed again and again.
Signed twice. Wheee!
Thank you Jenny for trekking up to Seattle. Definitely a highlight this year for me! You are beyond awesome!
