The infamous Seatac Inn

So, I had family visiting from Japan and they INSISTED on staying near the airport.  When they arrived the only available hotel that would allow them to check in before 3pm (they flew in from Japan and wanted a shower and bed ASAP!) was the Seatac Inn.  The hotel was in a word- "ghetto."

I picked up my aunt and uncle with my two younger cousins and we headed off to the Market, then to dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory where we met up with old friends of theirs.  After dinner we decided to take the ferry to Bremerton to visit my aunt and uncle's friends' house.  The ferry ride was beautiful with all of the city lit up at night.

Our night ended with a ride through Tacoma, one stop at a questionable rest area and all of us crashing at the hotel since it was 2am.  When I'm very tired everything is blurry and i can't see.  So, my aunt said I could stay with them and hey, it was the Seatac Inn but it had air-conditioning!  :-)

At 5am we received the wake up call and I departed the infamous Seatac Inn blurry eyed but looking forward to sleeping in my own bed.

Thanks Karen, Roy, Michelle and Little Roy for visiting!  Glad you liked Seattle!
