Prisoner of my mind

Those of you who are close to me know that I've been in a somewhat melancholy state for the past few weeks. Although, I'd define it to be more severe than melancholy. It's been very tough because at times I think its of my own design. In reality, its something I just need to deal with when it comes and goes... For those of you who know what I'm talking about you'll be able to relate and most likely I've already talked to you about my situation.
