Things you probably don't know about me and don't care to know about me.

• I went to the same university as Dan Rather (Sam Houston State University - Go Bearkats!)
  
• I love almonds now thanks to my husband.
• Was secretly hoping that since Austin went 6 months not liking a pacifier that somehow we'd be able to skip the "binky" stage. Oh well...
• I hate white socks.
• I had an internship at Sesame Street (Children's Television Workshop) the summer before graduating from college and it was awesome living in NYC, but definitely not for me in the long term.
  
• I don't really watch much TV mostly because there just doesn't seem to be anything good on and most times I'd rather just read. But I will always watch Sex and the City reruns (sorry honey!).
  Which brings me to...
• I went without cable for 3 years. As in no TV at all, not even bunny ears (mostly because they never worked where I lived). It wasn't until Scooter and I moved in together that cable came back into my life and that's when I started watching crap like The Real Housewives of NYC. I did not miss cable TV at all and Netflix was an awesome substitute.
  
• I eat about 3 avocados a week. Addicted. (I'm hoping there's some type of rehab program for this and I'm guessing the rehab place will not be in Chile...where most of our avocados come from).
