Note to self: Austin's milestones...so that I don't forget!

Before this week already knew:

The word "Up!" and says it every so often in the morning while jumping on daddy's head.

"Baba" for bottle.

Doesn't say "mama" but I think when he says "baba" sometimes he means "mama". 

Says, "dada" and understands who "dada" is.

Puts two words together, "Dada up!" in the morning.  (He knows he gets breakfast when dada gets up to make it!)

Claps when people are clapping around him.

Dances. 

Points to things he's interested in.  

Knows two signs "more" and "all done".  

This week, Austin has learned...

Words:  

Ball.  Understands what the ball is and looks for it when we say the word. 

Duck.  Understands what a duck is and looks at it when we say the word.

Blows kisses. 

When I say "Uh oh" he says it also, every time!

Walks while clinging to my leg.  

Is experiencing some separation anxiety when getting dropped of at drop-in care (why now?! and not at first, I don't know!)

Likes crawling under tables, through the legs of chairs and under his exersaucer and gets stuck sometimes then pouts.

Ate raspberries for the first time and loves them. 

Eating us out of house and home. 

I think that's it for the baby book.  Now to break out the baby book and actually write this stuff in it!
