Definition of homeopathy, also, Similasan and Sinusalia are awesome.

Basic definition of homeopathy:  Like cures like.

I am prone to getting sinus headaches but hate taking regular over-the-counter medication (they usually have yucky ingredients like artificial colors and parabens (check your Tylenol PM bottle - yup, parabens.  Also, check your baby Tylenol - why they put parabens in it is beyond me because I know many parents that won't even use lotion with parabens on their child much less give it to them to ingest).  Last summer I decided to not take Claritin-D after it gave me severe jitters and an overall uncomfortable feeling all day.  Instead, I decided to use Similasan (a homeopathic nasal spray) and it did wonders for helping to relieve sinus congestion.

Then, after using Boiron products like the Arnica (for muscle aches, bruises), Coffee Cruda for sleep and their baby teething remedy I decided to try the Sinusalia for my sinus headaches.  It worked great and the best part:  No drug interactions.  So, it's perfectly safe to take with any prescribed medication.  Plus, it works faster than conventional sinus medication because you dissolve the tablets under your tongue (so no water is needed either which is why it's perfect for the diaper bag!).

Next I need to try Boiron's allergy remedy.

Boiron's Arnica tablets are great for little one's after a fall.  Austin's ND said to give him one (30C) tablet after a fall or bumped head.  It helps to relieve the pain and prevent ugly bruising.

I'm so thankful to Austin's naturopathic doctor for opening the door to natural remedies to our family.  It's so much better for Austin and better for us!
